1. Overview
HireIITCertified is a career support platform that connects IIT-certified professionals with hiring partners. We offer tools for profile creation, skill discovery, and recruitment matchmaking.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including individuals seeking work opportunities and companies or hiring managers looking to hire talent.
2. Eligibility
To use HireIITCertified:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering.
- You must not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these conditions.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access full features of the platform. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity occurring under your account.
- Updating your profile and account details as necessary.
HireIITCertified is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Use of Platform
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or plagiarized content.
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.
- Use the platform to solicit business outside the intended hiring flow.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content & Rights
By posting content (e.g., profile details, skills, resumes, or project summaries), you:
- Grant HireIITCertified a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for platform-related purposes.
- Confirm that the content is accurate, yours to share, and doesn’t violate any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may use anonymized data for analytics and promotional purposes.
6. Verification & Matching
HireIITCertified may conduct background checks or verify certifications, but does not guarantee employment outcomes. While we aim to match companies with qualified professionals, hiring decisions are the responsibility of the employer.
We do not take part in the employment relationship between a professional and an employer.
7. Fees & Payments
Currently, HireIITCertified does not charge candidates for creating a profile or applying for roles. Employers may be subject to service-based fees if they choose to opt into premium recruitment services.
All fees (if any) will be communicated transparently before commitment.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you've violated these terms.
- Remove any user-generated content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@hireiitcertified.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
HireIITCertified is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free access to the platform.
- A job offer, interview, or employment outcome.
- The accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of the platform.
10. Privacy
Your use of HireIITCertified is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
